Aberglasslyn have again come out on top in the final-rivalry between the Ants and the University Seahorses, knocking over the home side 30-4 in the NHRL League Tag top grade clash.

The Ants got off to a quick start on Friday evening under lights, bouncing out to a 20-nil lead at half time. While the Seahorses were able to grab one back in the second half, 10 more points for Abergasslyn sealed the deal in the second round fixture.

Shae Ross shone for the defending champions, notching a hat-trick for the Ants, while Jessica Cassidy added two of her own, and kicked three conversions to boot. Alexandra Munro added the final four-pointer for Aberglasslyn, while Jessica Murray was the lone tryscorer for the Seahorses.

Also in the Ladies League Tag second round, Fingal Bay came out on top 38-6 in their clash against Raymond Terrace at Fingal Bay Oval, while Dora Creek defeated Awabakal 14-0 on Saturday afternoon.
